Nutty vanilla cold coffee drink (Vegan)
About:
This drink is nutritious, protein and fiber rich super drink. It also has coffee flavour with nut bites for an added taste
Serves: 2
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- Soya Milk Unsweetened – 2cups
- Mixed nuts(Walnut, pecan nut, cashews)- a handful
- Instant coffee powder -2tbsp
- Vanilla essence-1tbsp
- Maple syrup-2tbsp/more as per the taste
Procedure:
- Combine all the ingredients in your blender and blend on high for 30 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy.
- Store the drink in refrigetor for an hour
- Alternatively it can be served immediately with Ice cubes
enjoy with Cream cheese biscuits tropped with fresh Prunes (Recipes link)
Note:
- Instant coffee powder beats the taste but cocoa powder/Chocó chips can also be used
- Regular milk can be used

I love coffee drinks, interesting that you blend nuts into the drink. That sounds great, it would make it creamy and nutty.

Ohhh, that sounds tasty! I made a hot chocolate with a teaspoon of vegan chocolate peanut butter stirred into it. You see I’m a bit nuts about nuts too 😉 Lovely to join in again with the VVLP this week. x
