Soy ginger dipping sauce
About:
This sauce is a great dipping sauce for any starters or with salads. This sauce is terrific with spring rolls/dumplings and even in savoury pancakes (link).
If you don’t wish raw flavour in your sauce, can just boil for 5-10minutes, cool and serve.
Yields: 2-3 serving
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- Rice vinegar-1/4cup
- Soy sauce-1/4cup
- Fresh red chilli sliced-1tsp
- Honey-1-2tbsp
- Scallion greens-2-3tbsp
- Grated ginger-1tbsp
- peanut oil-1tsp
- toasted sesame seeds-2tsp
Procedure:
- Add all the ingredients to a lidded jar/ blender and shake/whizz well until combined.
- Transfer it to the bowl, top it with roasted sesame seeds.
Serve with Pancakes
Note:
- Spice and sweet can be personalised as per the taste
