This is a fusion indo-chinese recipe.I have used both rice and noodles sauted with vegetables and homemade schezwan sauce..
This serves great for lunch/dinner.

Rice and noodles? Go ahead and give me carbs — no complaints here. 😀 To be honest, i’m troubled by stomach ulcers, and “starchy” things like rice and pasta are sometimes just about all my tummy can deal with. So I’m particularly interested in this dish. It really does sound good. Huge hugs. 🙂

Perfect recipe to serve my vegetarian niece this weekend – I love to use a combination of rice and noodles and the sauce sounds wonderful. Went to your original recipe to print it out 🙂
