About:

These babies come together in less than 15 minutes and taste amazing eaten straight out of the food processor but I’ll tell you, if you practice a bit of self control, you WILL be rewarded. After a couple of hours in the fridge, the flavor intensifies and These crunchy bites will dazzle you with their unique peanut flavor. This is a great recipe to make together with kids! And the best part? No baking involved! Great for an after-school snack for the kids or with your coffee.

  2. I make something very similar with whatever I have on hand. Love the idea of adding cardamom though. I used dates, apricots, peanut butter, just a bit of coconut oil, cocoa and sometimes top with toasted coconut. I have a sweet tooth and these healthy morsels satisfies my habit :). Love your ladoos.

  5. They are just beautiful and really do sound so delicious. I love medjool dates and anything made with them these wonderful little bites would disappear very quickly and I would have to practice self control not to scoop it into my mouth from the processor.
