Coconut rose drink – Vegan
Tried this recipe again with little variation using Pistachios…

Rose milk has a mild rosy flavour that makes lovely summer drink. It is a versatile welcome drink in many occasions. It is simple and tasty. Rose syrup is easily available in Indian stores or you can make it on your own by using fresh rose petals.
I veganised by using coconut milk, however it can be personalised as per the taste.

Spiced toasted Panner

This dish is so aromatic, but each piece of paneer/cottage cheese had unique and robust flavours…
The unsalted fresh white cheese is fantastic with strong flavoursome sauces, and the yoghurt in the marinade starts to break down the paneer and the vegetables, allowing them to absorb even more flavour.
It makes a fantastic snack or even a pre-dinner canapé, serves drizzled with lime juice or the dressing below as a dipping sauce.
Yields-10-12 slices
Preparation time-10 minutes
Waiting time-3 minutes-1 hour
Cooking time-6-8 minutes (per batch)
