Palak paneer Rice

This is actually one of my favorites and something I’ve made for myself for years. I adore this as the cottage cheese melts down into a nice creamy sauce. Spinach adds the green that we all so need and the onion just kicks it up a notch and the Indian spices adds nice mild aroma to the dish.
Enjoy this for breakfast or as one pot meal.

Naan: Wheat and oats without yeast
About:
Naan is a leavened bread made using all purpose flour. It can be made using yeast and also without the yeast. Today’s recipe is without yeast. I mostly use whole wheat flour for all my rotis/Paratha but this time i used powdered oats with whole wheat flour.
I love that the whole wheat flour makes this a little bit chewier than normal but also makes it so much softer and yummy.
