Bellpeppers Rajma curry is the tasty side dish that can be made with ease. It is a variation to Rajma OR Kidney beans curry. This version is for onion lovers. Onion and tomato sauted with cooked red kidney beans with a blend of indian spices.

If you planning to try a new curry and make something simple give this curry a try. This is simple, quick and delicious serve to your family, friends & guests. After I made and tasted it, this dish has become one of my favourite side dishes to go with naans or rotis. The sauce is so rich and creamy from the yogurt-coconut paste added and it has the right balance of spices, the flavour is awesome and just loved it.
