A simple and healthy savory breakfast made using cracked wheat / broken wheat and vegetables and using Amla.

Health Benefits:

Dalia/Cracked wheat are a great source of dietary fiber and hence help in maintaining the digestive system. They are rich in iron and have no saturated fat or cholesterol. Cracked wheat get cooked fast and are a great option for a quick and healthy breakfast to start off the day


Amla enhances food absorption, balances stomach acid, fortifies the liver, supports the heart, enhances fertility, increases skin health, promotes healthier hair, acts as a body coolant, strengthens eyes, improves muscle tone and acts as an antioxidant.

Okra Brocolli in yogurt gravy

If you planning to try a new curry and make something simple give this curry a try. This is simple, quick and delicious serve to your family, friends & guests. After I made and tasted it, this dish has become one of my favourite side dishes to go with naans or rotis. The sauce is so rich and creamy from the yogurt-coconut paste added and it has the right balance of spices, the flavour is awesome and just loved it.

Okra contains nutrients that may confer a number of health advantages, including a decreased risk of several serious medical problems.  Okra is a “power house of valuable nutrients”. It contains no fat or cholesterol, rich amounts of soluble fiber, which promotes healthy cholesterol levels, and insoluble fiber, which promotes a healthy digestive tract, lowering your risk for colorectal cancer.

Broccoli is a good source of vitamin C and folate (naturally occurring folic acid). It also contains vitamins A, K, calcium, fibre, beta-carotene and other antioxidants
