Italian dressing is a combination of dried herbs with a zesty vinegar. This dressing can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerated and use when required. It can be served  in pastas and salads.

This salad is a crunchy, sweet and tangy mixes with fruits and veggies. Homemade dressings are always healthy, fresh and can be customised as per the taste.

Sundried tomato and peanut pesto


Sundried Tomato Pesto

About:

The sun dried tomato and peanut pesto give it a thick chunky texture, and the sweetness of the tomatoes with richness of the peanuts. Here I use OIL FREE sun-dried tomatoes without any added Oils. So this makes a dry version so for easy spreading of the pesto feel free to use extra oil  or even cheese can be used.
