Tomato chilli sauce
About:
I love to use fresh chilli sauce in my recipes so here is a really fresh, zingy sauce. I love spicy in my sauce so used both red chilli and paprika but you can adjust the amount of chilli to your taste.
Store bought sauces are ready to use but they contain so many alien ingredients, so i’m quite happy that i got around to make a healthier substitute that tickles our taste buds. This homemade concoction is a cross between a hot chilli sauce and plain ketchup. Its hot, faintly sweet and richness of dried and fresh tomatoes with the flavour of dried herbs. Now i could enjoy this hot sauce in my dishes.
