This reminds me of Haystacks,a no bake oatmeal cookie. How much cocoa was used? It only says 1/4. Thank you for this recipe Chitra!

Quinoa is a delicious superfood, I would add a pinch of cayenne pepper for that added dimension. Great recipe, thank you!
