Stove top Cookies/Clusters – Quick snack

Cookies12

About:

It is pretty easy to make biscuits on the stove-top. SUPER easy! And kids absolutely loved them. So much so that at lunch time when I made them, they ate up the entire batch.

They are very soft while making on Tawa/stove top so flip them carefully. Even if they break don’t worry they can still be enjoyed as clusters for a light snack or even for breakfast with milk.

Badam orange halwa

Orange Halwa2

About:

Yes its one of the most delicious, rich and drool worthy Indian sweet. You can easily flatter your guest by serving them home made badam halwa. 🙂

This halwa uses almond meal and coconut milk to create an extra creamy texture, and is flavoured with orange juice and sweetened with dates. I used what I had on hand, but I imagine if you had some vanilla it would work well here, I used cardamom to flavour this along with orange.

Enjoy!
