Roasted peanut chutney/dip
About:
Peanut chutney is very easy to make and tastes great. This is very commonly made in every house hold and does it magic with any dish.
This chutney is more like a fresh salsa and it’s like western butter counterpart, it is spread on breakfast toast or snack crackers.
Health benefits:
Peanuts are low in fat, high in fiber, and rich in iron and proteins.
Serves: 2

Tzatziki Dip: Thyme, Coriander, Mint and Chives – Raita/Yogurt dip
About:
Raita is seasoned yogurt often served as a mouth-cooler when eating spicy Indian dishes. It also works as a healthy dip for vegetables and pita bread and is good as a side dish. This recipe is inspired by Tzatziki.
Here in this yogurt dip I used chives, mint, thyme and coriander instead of cucumber, tomatoes in raita.
Yields: 3-4 servings
