Traditionally Katori are made with All Purpose flour and deep fried. Here I tried to use whole wheat flour and baked them.

Katori chaat can be made with different fillings like fruits or sprouts or salads or any other choice of yours. Here I filled them with Chickpeas, Mix of Veggies, Fresh Raw Mango and Potatoes. To spicy it up have used homemade Green Chutney, Sweet and Tamarind Chutney.

Yields: 10-12
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Baking time: 20 minutes

Schezwan Veg Noodles

About:

A very quick and easy to make one of the famous Indo-Chinese recipe. This dish is a simple stir fry of boiled noodles with veggies seasoned with sauces to taste. The noodles mostly get their flavor from red chili and garlic paste as compared to soy sauce. The schezwan sauce hotness and color of the paste depends on the variety of dry chillies (Kashmiri chili is the best) and once you make that sauce, it can be used in a lot of ways.

Total time: 25 – 30 minutes
